Park Animal Hospital Staff Christina, Operations Supervisor, joined Park Animal Hospital staff in 2001. She is proud of the high-quality, professional care offered at the hospital and enjoys working with animals. She shares her home with two cats, Jezebelle and Tullulah.

Park Animal Hospital StaffOriginally from Connecticut, Kirk has been part of Park Animal Hospital staff since 1996. His animal companions include three cats named Boo, Butter, and Django.

Park Animal Hospital StaffHead Registered Veterinary Technician Tiana joined the Park Animal Hospital Staff in April 2012. She grew up in Tokyo and has been around animals her entire life. Her passion for animals sparked her desire to start her own pet sitting business at age 8, which continues to this day. She then went on to become a licensed dog trainer by age 16 and a Registered Veterinary Technician by age 19 after graduating from Carrington College with an Associates of Science degree. She loves working in all aspects of the veterinary field and adores every animal that she comes into contact with.

Outside of work, Tiana enjoys spending time with her 5 dogs: Chai (yellow lab), Coco Rosie (chihuahua), Kahvi (dachshund/yorkie mix), Lallie (dachshund/beagle mix), and Brin (mini Poodle). Tiana is an avid snowboarder and loves playing in the snow, hiking, walks on the beach, or any place where she can hang out with her dogs. Her cat Wobbles rules over her five dogs at their house in San Francisco.

Park Animal Hospital StaffVeterinary Assistant Stephanie came to Park Animal hospital in July 2017. She graduated from Carrington College with an Associates of Science degree in 2006, however, she decided to take some time off from technician work to raise her daughter, Lilianna, who is now 11 years old. Stephanie adores all animals and is a long-time animal rescuer. She has a close affection for Pit Bulls and actively advocates for pit bull rights and promotes positive pit bull awareness all around the country. She currently has three rescue dogs; Marley (pit bull/lab mix), Sheeba (pit bull/dachshund mix), and Bodhi (pit bull). Stephanie’s fondness and devotion to animals is undeniable, especially when it involves sick or injured pets. She is currently studying to take her Veterinary Technicians exam and will soon be a Registered Veterinary Technician. When not rescuing animals, Stephanie enjoys relaxing at home with her daughter and dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Park Animal Hospital StaffNaoki is the newest Park Animal Hospital member having started in April 2018. Naoki graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology. During his time at Davis, Naoki was selected to study abroad in Australia in 2015 where he got to experience many exotic animal-related adventures as well as getting his scuba diving certification. From there he began working in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant and is considering pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. Naoki grew up in Southern California and was raised around several different types of farm animals although his love for animals transcends to all species. His hobbies include Taiko drumming, traveling, and photography. He currently shares his home with his beloved rabbit Scout and has a poodle-mix named Mei who lives with his family in Southern California.

Park Animal Hospital StaffVeterinary Assistant Brittany has 5 years of experience working in the veterinary field before coming to Park Animal Hospital in January 2018. She has been a pet owner all her life and loves all animals. Her experience in the veterinary field inspired her to pursue a carrier in human medicine and she is currently in the process of obtaining an Associate of Science degree in nursing. She hopes to eventually receive a Bachelorette of Science Degree in Nursing from USF and aspires to one day work with human infants in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit. She is the proud mother of her 1-year-old daughter Drew and lives with her two amazing Siamese mix cats Mischief and Bali.

Park Animal Hospital StaffSusan is a San Francisco native who worked as a veterinary technician for 25 years and has been an integral part of the Park Animal Hospital team for over 5 years. She has worked with dogs, cats, reptiles, birds small mammals, and she even has some experience with wildlife. She has “retired” from technician work and is now one of our Customer Service Representatives. Susan has adopted/rescued many different animals. The most unusual having been a Red-Billed Toucan! She currently cares for a 15- year-old dog Emily who is present whenever Susan is on duty although you never see her because she likes to rest quietly under the reception desk! Susan also has a 13-year-old kitty named Lindy, and two geckos: Mr. Peabody and Takezo. When not with her husband and pets, you’ll probably find her on her beloved bicycle.

Park Animal Hospital StaffChristina has worked in the veterinary field for 21 years and has been with Park Animal Hospital since 2000. She became the head veterinary technician in 2007 and held the title until 2017 when she was promoted to Practice Manager. Christina is involved in almost every aspect of Park Animal Hospital, from surgeries and patient care to accounting and management. Christina grew up in Northern California and came to the Bay Area in the mid 1990’s. She always enjoyed visiting San Francisco and in 1996, moved to the city and made it her home. In her off time, she enjoys socializing, wine tasting, and trying out new restaurants throughout the bay. Christina loves all animals but she has a special affinity for cats.

Park Animal Hospital StaffLinda has worked as a veterinary receptionist for almost 20 years and joined the Park Animal Hospital team in July 2017. She enjoys working with both people and animals and brings wonderful energy and experience to the veterinary field. She is a mother of 4-year-old Harlem and lives with her yorkie mix Monster. On the weekends she enjoys playing with her son and enjoying time with her family.

Park Animal Hospital StaffRowena began working at Park Animal Hospital in August of 2017 but has worked in the veterinary field since 1999. As a youth, Rowena worked with senior patients in hospice which helped spark her interest in medicine. From there, she began working as a veterinary receptionist and has continued to pursue her interest in the veterinary field. She enjoys cooking and traveling and lives in Oakland with her adorable dog Nani.
